This group was started by Rodfather who made me a moderator several years ago. I didn't want the job. :) But I did it.
He suddenly disappeared after some problems he'd had with one or more of the admins, in particular Simply Jane who he told me he thought might get him kicked off the platform.
Since then this group has been pretty inactive. Most of the old users have left Minds by now -- me included. Or.... Well, I tried to leave Minds but there was a snag. I couldn't do it.
Now recently as I drop in from time to time to see what the 'rabble' is up to :) I noticed that I had been elevated to Owner of this group? (???) By who, I wondered.
I went looking for Rodfather to see if his channel was still F-ed up with some BS that apparently led into it from a private conversation and the channel was gone.
I had hoped that he had deleted his channel himself and that he elevated me to Owner here, but then his channel reappeared. Still no signs of life from that quadrant.
In any case, it appears that this channel is now mine and I guess I'll keep it although I could nuke it myself by now since I'm the new Owner.
I'll tell you, though. I hope Rodfather is okay. He was a force for good despite his naive trust of mainstream news and an inability to "grok woo". :) That's 'hip' language for "unerstand Psi and ET related phenomena".
But he was progressing!! And that's what counts.
We miss you Rodfather. Be well.
Nimds has destroyed 6 years of my documentation. I've managed to restore most of it, then it was destroyed again with their STUPID experiments done on their users.
If this works, I might re-upload some of my video clips, but I will NOT pay those goddam idiots for the privilege of being their product - for sale.
It's their platform, but it's MY work. Their platform, but we are the product.
And at least some of their dabbotage has been deliberate. When a single post keeps disappearing, it's kind of hard to belive it's just a coincidence.
I have told them before that 'real programmers' consider data loss to be 'unsafe'.
So we'll see.
I do have a TON of video clips, some of which are still timely, such as the neutron bomb tests in Yemen and Beirut.
BTW. someone logged into my channel with a mobile device about 4 years ago. I don't have a mobile device.
But I don't DM here, due to(real, not just pretend) "security" concerns.
Re-launch of my media channel (docs and links) but without video uploads. Only YouTube with links to offsets for clips.
Minds destroyed 6 years of my work, sometimes multiple times. For example by Syria Diary was wrecked repeatedly and the William Casey Affidavit showing the CIA's vision of "freedom" and Bill Clinton's involvement in their drug smuggling during Iran Contra, witnessed by Richard Nixon, vanished twice.
Another 250 or so media posts, an entire "Repository", were also "lost" for 8 months but were eventually restored.
I should also mention the "Security" here, I guess. Someone logged into my channel with a mobile device as seen in the device permissions list.
I don't have a mobile device.
