Getting a solid Sunday pump as has been occurring fairly regularly. What has usually followed is a dump on Monday mornings around 10am eastern time (7am Pacific). Tuesday is veterans day and finical institutions are closed. Evidence continues to mount that a end to the government shut down is approaching (sad face) which would mean high probabilities of some kind of pump before that is announced and an end to the ETF delays.
