Un pequeño pensamiento

Aunque todos vamos hacia el mismo lugar, la vida a cada individuo lo lleva por un camino diferente y creo que de esta manera la vida en sí nos ofrenda el poderío de experimentar y de liderar hasta cierto nivel nuestro rumbo. A veces existe una confusión con el liderazgo y el control, muchas personas creen que el liderar es controlar, pero desde mi punto de vista, estos dos elementos son lo opuesto. Liderar es un elemento interno de cada ser, es el poder dejar que la vida fluya dentro de nosotros y que las herramientas, como el conocimiento, la sabiduría, el amor, etc., que obtenemos a través de esas experiencias sean para sembrar frutos sanos y cálidos en uno y en los demás y que con el tiempo estas siembras den a la vida en retorno lo que se nos permitió vivir.

Sobre el liderazgo

Al Liderazgo no lo percibo como una posición sino como una energía, que trabaja como centro gravitatorio que define y dirige la elaboración de un proyecto. La ideología detrás del trabajo ha de ser re-definida constantemente al enfrentarse a nuevos obstáculos y aceptada por los participantes como una inevitable reestructuración para lograr transitar el camino. Quien sea que perciba esa fuerza con mayor sensibilidad debe responder a ella de forma natural y de la misma manera comunicarla responsablemente, no en transparencia sino en confianza. En conexión con la intuición que genera vida.

Liderazgo

Yo pienso que el liderazgo es una necesidad individual y colectiva

No sé si va a sonar igual a lo de Kevin, pero ajá

¿A qué voy con esto?

Es directa e indirectamente relacionado al ojo que percibe esa "necesidad"

Entonces, por ejemplo, si yo observo algo en determinado lugar o momento, es mi deber cómo receptor de ese mensaje atenderlo o abordarlo (conectado con lo que dice Papin que al final cada uno hace lo que puede, dentro de sus capacidades y entendimientos)

Pero cada uno tiene diferentes áreas de liderar o diferentes momentos

No todos tenemos esa sensibilidad para reconocer y/o atender ese tipo de flujos energéticos o de información

Pero existen y creo que todos somos capaces de

Todos hemos sido esa persona en algún momento

Que observa cosas que los demás o no todos están viendo en ese espacio/momento

Por eso es que podemos reconocer esos faltantes, carencias o potencial de desarrollo

Para que seamos quienes actuamos en consecuencia

El mensaje no es y no puede ser para otra persona más que el que lo percibe.

Cómo por ejemplo el que se está usando en el texto, yo de alguna manera estoy atendiendo el llamado de una posible reunión del hub, sin embargo, no es algo obligatorio

Es algo que se comparte desde el amor y de ahí cada uno decide cómo actuar, también en consecuencia a sus capacidades y entendimientos.

En resumen es un rol momentáneo que se nos da en determinado momento

¿Y qué tal si abrimos espacio para que las personas se conozcan en interactúen de manera libre?

He visto en el W8W Creative Hub (en donde soy fundador, no líder) como naturalmente las personas se van re-organizando y encontrando su propio espacio, crean sus proyectos, se reúnen por su cuenta y luego regresan a contarnos sus aventuras en el chat general. Me parece hermoso y a pesar de que llevamos un tiempo sin reunirnos todos IRL porque muchos nos fuimos mudando a lugares alejados, ¡estamos planeando una gran reunión con ansias!

El liderazgo se reconoce de manera natural entre la interacción orgánica, dentro de la comunidad reconozco el liderazgo de diferentes personas en diferentes campos y estoy seguro de que algunos me verán a mí de la misma manera, no es una pirámide, es un mandala y es magnífico porque todos somos parte y hacemos lo mejor que podemos desde nuestra posición. Y sabiendo que no vamos a estar aquí para siempre, entonces preferimos pasarla bien.

Si no nos gobernamos a nosotros mismos, nos gobernarán desde afuera.

A Small Thought

Although we are all heading toward the same place, life takes each individual on a different path, and I believe that in doing so, life offers us the power to experience and lead, to some degree, our own direction.

Sometimes there's confusion between leadership and control—many people think that to lead is to control, but from my perspective, these two are opposites.

Leadership is an internal element of each being; it's the ability to let life flow within us and to use the tools we gain from experience—like knowledge, wisdom, love, etc.—to plant healthy and warm fruits in ourselves and others, so that over time, these seeds may return to life what we were once allowed to live.

On Leadership

I don’t perceive leadership as a position, but as an energy. One that works like a gravitational center, defining and guiding the development of a project.

The ideology behind the work must be constantly redefined in response to new obstacles and accepted by participants as an inevitable restructuring to move forward.

Whoever perceives that force with the greatest sensitivity should respond to it naturally—and communicate it responsibly—not in transparency, but in trust. In connection with the intuition that generates life.

Leadership

I believe leadership is both an individual and collective need.
I don’t know if this will sound similar to what Kevin said, but here we go.
What do I mean by this?

It’s directly and indirectly related to the eye that perceives that “need.”

So for example, if I notice something at a particular place or moment, it’s my duty, as the receiver of that message, to respond to it or address it (connected to what Papin says, that in the end, everyone does what they can within their own capacities and understanding).

But each of us has different areas or moments of leadership.
Not everyone has the sensitivity to recognize or attend to those types of energetic or informational flows.

But they do exist, and I believe we are all capable.
We’ve all been that person at some point—
The one who notices things others, or not everyone, is seeing in that space or time.

That’s how we recognize what’s missing, where there’s a lack, or potential for growth—
So that we can be the ones to act accordingly.

The message is not, and cannot be, for anyone other than the one who perceives it.

Like in this text, for example: I am, in a way, answering the call for a possible hub meeting. However, it’s not mandatory.

It’s something shared from love, and from there, each person decides how to respond, also based on their own capacities and understanding.

In summary, it’s a temporary role that we take on at a specific moment.

And what if we opened up space for people to get to know each other and interact freely?

I’ve seen it in the W8W Creative Hub (of which I’m a founder, not a leader)—how naturally people begin to reorganize themselves and find their own space.

They create their own projects, meet on their own, and later come back to share their adventures in the general chat.

It seems beautiful to me.

And even though we haven’t all met in person for a while (since many of us moved far away), we’re excitedly planning a big gathering!

Leadership is recognized naturally through organic interaction.

Within the community, I recognize the leadership of different people in different areas—and I’m sure some see me the same way.

It’s not a pyramid—it’s a mandala.

And it’s magnificent because we’re all part of it, doing the best we can from our own place.

And knowing we won’t be here forever—
We’d rather enjoy it while we are.

If we don’t govern ourselves, we will be governed from the outside.
