As a feature wall for the exhibition: 'Flight of Wonder' I designed a display of 4 white canvases, each with an assortment of 'magical wands' with bundles, nests and hangings. The 4 canvases are 60 x 60 cms each. As I was stitching the various components onto the canvases, ideas started evolving for the intended Grid of 9 for the October exhibition. 'Flight of Wonder' is now showing at the Dougherty Community Centre, Chatswood, Sydney: 2 May to 26 June 2025. Art and Photography: ©Alison Lee Cousland.
