It's rooted in real European locations, Germanic mythology, runic tradition, and history most people were never taught. Alongside the twelve published episodes sits a research archive of nearly 900 articles, published on the same site, in the same voice. No one draws the line for you between where the record ends and the story begins. Self-published, cover to cover. No committee softened this, and none will.
