Cleavers (Galium aparine) To be dried and used for tea which has multiple health benefits. Cleavers can be eaten fresh (although I haven't tried them) but it would be best to harvest them in the early spring for that. #harvest25

Haskap Harvest Got 2.5 Cups today. We harvested another 1.5 cups a couple days ago. If we netted them earlier we would have had another 1-2 cups. The birds really like them. Which I understand. #harvest25

Wild Blues

The best tasting blueberries in my opinion. Don't get me wrong, I love cultivated ones too, but mother nature is an expert.
