Random suggestions for Africa

I debated some people from Africa who were miffed about how I highlighted some serious development issues. They countered with positive examples of major cities that actually did improve a lot, but I had to point out that the latest poll shows that almost 40% of Africans want to migrate somewhere else, so clearly, the problems remain huge. I created this list of positive suggestions... and yes, I'm well aware of how hard it will be to implement even a fraction of these points. But who knows, it might stimulate some positive thinking.

For Afro-Centrist Supremacists:

Every so often, you run into an Afro-centrist black supremacist. They are easily as annoying as Nazis or the KKK.
