Bizarre obsession with spanking in vintage comic books...

Back before and during the days of the Comics Code, which prohibited or at least severely restricted sexual and violent content, spanking was apparently very common, even in comic books for kids. Day like every other for Svetlana Kapanina, most award winning female aerobatic pilot in history. This is her aerobatic display from 2014, for the opening of the Olympic Games in Sochi. She is dressed as member of the Russian Olympic Team. Seems easy enough... all she does is pull on that stick. Guess I could do that, too 🤔😅

Vietnamese Nationalism 😅

I actually know very nice, smart Vietnamese people - my daughter took Viet Vo Dao and we celebrated their new year's parties. I met Vietnamese people many times, I have an old friend who is Vietnamese, so I have only good things to say about them. But this kind of childish nationalism is a bit off-putting 🤣
