A White Dwarf is a star that has collapsed in on itself and is about to become a black hole. In my mind it is a metaphor for the post-Christian world we are living in today. Western civilization and all the good that it has brought to the world is on the verge of being swallowed up by the darkness of a Godless beast whose only purpose is to destroy mankind. The proof is out there.
