Low Class Car Club was founded in 1992 by Joe Claxon and Allen Noe. Since then we have worked as a group to build our vehicles for the show scene ourselves and not pay others to do the work for us. We have had magazine coverage, won multiple awards at shows, and created a family based club that is welcoming to all.
