I have been practicing and studying spiritual states of consciousness for 20 years. I have learned through many different traditions. My most used techniques are based in shamanic practices. Over the course of my experiences on the spiritual path, I have reached a level of consciousness that is based in the heart. This has been, by far, my greatest achievement. It is a complicated journey and no two are exactly the same. However, there are practical understandings and goals that are essential to anyone’s spiritual growth.
