The picture above is of me at 47 in Japan, in the nanosecond of a major turning point. Nearly cost me my life, but I certainly learned a lot....An investigative reporter (with a Pulitzer'nomination, rare for an independent), a medical writer (founded a cooperative medical writing company with clients on three continents), and teacher (taught in high school and college and was an early coordinator in the un-schooling movement).on this channel under my own name, I'm writing an unauthorized history of Minds. As @authorpendragon, I've been mindsblogging the news since 2016 and blogpost a bit. Politically, I've been an activist since the early 1960s, because "inactive citizen" is an oxymoron. With courageous, adventurous children grown and out changing the world, having just helped raise a grandson, my husband aka best friend and I founded a small community in an improbable oasis that we're working to save in the midst of a metro area. Here the guy I love creates anything that I can imagine, and I grow things and write... I am a professional spray painter that worked for Cessna Aircraft in Wichita, Kansas from 1980-1986 was laid off and went to work for Boeing in April 1986 which is now called SpiritAerosystems in Wichita,Kansas. Trying to be philosophically consistent and self aware, liberty minded individual making snarky and/or insightful comments (hopefully). On occasion I will try to one up conspiracy theory types for shits, giggles and the unlikely chance they may gain some insight into how batshit crazy they really are. I also take photos of stuff. I intend my posts here show my evolution and improvement as a photographer and (hopefully) a trend slowly moving towards technical mastery and artistic expression. If I have one piece of advice it's "stop humoring racists/identiterians". They are objectively bad people, and you should stop assuming they're just ignorant or mistaken. They're adults, treat them like it.
