Then I'd like you to observe how aware people generally are of these effects, in the moment it happens to them. Only when aware of this cause and effect chain, people can make an attempt to influence the chain of events. Potential approaches are reasoning with- or trying to make sense of feelings. These approaches quickly turn into a struggle, so I don;t recommend them.
