My name is Dale Steigerwald. My Kung Fu family name is Moy Die O. I have been a follower of Ving Tsun / Wing Chun Kung Fu for 24 years as of this writing. I have run a mokwoon (Kung Fu school) since 2007 and have been building Mook Yan Jongs (wooden dummies) and kwans (long poles) since 2011 under the brand name WingChunDirect. In addition I am a COBRA certified self defense instructor, a Pennsylvania Level II professional educator, a NESTA certified personal fitness trainer, as well as a few other qualifications. I am married to the love of my life and have two amazing young sons. Life is good.... But it's better with Ving Tsun!
