Had a very good training run this morning. I walked a little bit more than normal, but it was still good.

I just had a talking therapy session with my VA psychologist. She is so happy that I have made such good progress with dealing with this anxiety better. She has now left it up to me, when I want to come back for another session. I told her to cut them down from every month to every 2 months. She told me to keep my music, learning the guitar, and running. they are all so good for mental health. I am so happy.

This training run was alright. I did however, have some issues. I charged my ear buds last night, but within 15 minutes of starting my run, they went dead. Also Strava has me at about 7 miles, but that is way more than what I went. It was actually about 6 miles even.

This was such a good run. There was not so much traffic on the roads, like there normally is. I had so much fun. Day off tomorrow, then a 16 mile easy paced long run on Saturday. The weather is so nice. https://www.facebook.com/reel/537418715727896

Here is my 4.01 mile race pace run this morning. I think that I set a new PR (personal record), as far as the average pace goes. This run was so much fun.

I had a very good training run this morning. I seemed to be a little bit faster on this run, than the last training run. I am very happy cause I thought that I would struggle a little since I ran 15 miles last Saturday, but I did not.

I am very happy with this run. I felt really good. It is not a PR, but it was so much fun. It did not feel like I was going as fast as I was. The weather was nice, and the sun was shining. Day off tomorrow for strength training, even though I really do not like to do that. Just have to suck it up and do it.
