How do EVs actually perform in terms of their range compared to what the EPA claims? Some are actually better - BMW, Mercedes... - some worse.

The constant stress of fearing that you'll run out of battery power is something I just don't need. EVs are definitely made only for high density agglomerations where there are charging stations everywhere...
